Step 1. Please prepare the camera ready submission strictly following the EICT 2013 template (http://www2.kuet.ac.bd/eict2013/EICT_2013_Paper_Template.doc)
Step 2. Check IEEE PDF file compliance *(Please see below for details).
Step 3. Please fill up and submit the IEEE Copyright Form. http://www2.kuet.ac.bd/eict2013ieee/eict2013step1.php
Step 4. Make a zip file containing final paper, copyright form and submit it through EICT 2013 online submission system [using the same ID you used in your 1st submission].*
(Please note that EICT 2013 template, IEEE compatible PDF and IEEE copyright agreement are compulsory. Otherwise, the paper will NOT be included in the IEEE eXplorer).

Step 2. Checking IEEE EICT PDF file compliance (Compulsory step):
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).
1. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://www.pdf-express.org
a. Click “New Users – Click Here”.
b. Enter 31794X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
c. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click “Submit”.

4. Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”
5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload
6. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.

Step 4. Submit the ZIP File – after confirming the IEEE PDF check (else, the paper will not be included in the IEEE eXplorer) and downloading the filled IEEE copyright form, make them a ZIP file. Then submit the ZIP file through the EICT 2013 online system – as you did during the 1st submission:
Visit http://www2.kuet.ac.bd/ceict2013/author/upload.php. No need to delete previous paper. Please ensure that the information about all authors, their emails, affiliations, etc. in EICT 2013 Online System are exactly same as those are mentioned in the paper in PDF. We will use these information for printed proceedings,rolex repliche final program, awards, certificates, etc. – and we will not use the information from the PDF for these purpose.
